One Representative, Several Votes

I have to say that this video didn’t surprise me in the least…. But since the site that the link to it was sent to me on was polluted by pornographic spam, I thought I’d pass it on here in a much less offensive location. 
I might also point out that it is a common practice for a representative that isn’t present to leave a proxy with his colleagues… Now, whether or not this is legal isn’t really mentioned or discussed in this clip… but enjoy. From K-EYE CBS 42 News.
