Shocking Revelations?
it’s funny, i get “Shadow Shopper” spam all the time… the other day I figured “what the hell… I’ll register on one of them and see what happens” Of course it was all BS about being able to register free then look at the available opportunities… Mainly because they don’t allow you to view postings unless you’re a “silver” or “gold” member… and they have the usual one-month trials… so i dismissed it thinking it just a gimmick… Even if I did take the time to fill out a complete profile, etc. and take their “certification” tests….
To my [still] complete & utter amazement, I was contacted a few hours ago by someone recruiting for a company that audits, certifies, shadow shops, etc (a real one) that found me on the site wanting me to do a “Blind Audit” counting heads at a theater with extra cash because it was basically an all day assignment.
Is it possible to make a living or some resemblance thereof this way? I have a friend who audits & sets up retail displays for a particular product… perhaps it’s the same employer… Who knows… I’ll keep posting on the results. If I actually get paid for it, it may be an answer to my dilemma of how to keep myself ‘sane’ and continue to work for myself on getting my website going and still have some sort of ‘guaranteed’ reliable income from a second job I can pretty much do on my own time or on a part-time basis… without having to subject myself to 7-eleven or some other retail or eating establishment….
